The Membership Committee is happy to announce Ebony Morris, Martinet’s VP of Membership, as the May member of the month. Ebony has done an excellent job in helping Martinet reach new heights, and this could not be possible without you, our members. Ebony and her committee set a goal to have 200 dues-paid members by September 30, 2019, and because of Ebony’s diligence, Martinet has reached this goal — a first for the organization.
Now, with four more months left in the Martinet year, Ebony has raised the bar and is expecting to reach a record 250 dues-paid members. Help Ebony and her committee reach this goal by renewing your dues, joining the organization, and encouraging others to join. By becoming a dues-paid member, you join other dues-paid members who are eligible to be recognized as either a member of the month or as a Martinet on the Move member. Martinet on the Move is a new initiative that Ebony created, and it recognizes dues-paid members for certain accolades they have received.
In addition to Ebony’s role as the VP of Membership for Martinet, she previously served as Martinet’s social committee chair. Ebony is a member of the National Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, New Orleans Bar Association, and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. Currently, Ebony practices insurance defense at Garrison, Younte, Forte, and Mulcahy, LLC.
