Women’s History Month CLE – “All Rise”

March 31, 2022 @ 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm

A robust judiciary with representation on the bench of judges from diverse backgrounds is essential to ensuring a legal system that protects the rights of everyone. However, in some states, in particular Louisiana, equal representation within the judiciary is still lacking. In celebration of Women’s History Month, please join us as we host “All Rise: The Importance of Black Women in the Judiciary” on March 31, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at the Louisiana Supreme Court in the Supreme Court Courtroom. This discussion will focus on the impact of black women judges, the importance of maintaining a diverse judiciary, and how we can further promote diversity within the judiciary in Louisiana. CLE credit is pending.
